DIY Package

 "Do It Yourself" package includes: 

UP TO 40 guests

 4 round tables-4ft cir.

 2 rectangular tables-6ft 

 6 rectangular tables-8ft

40 black chairs

Both studio A & B are included in the rental. Good news is, you have the entire building for the day!! 

Studio B has a small kitchen area and is always set up with 4 round tables and chairs. 

Studio B is larger and more spacious- and will need to be set up with our provided tables

Use of our kitchen accessories: two cupcake displays, one round 9" cake display with glass covering, four ice bins-troughs, silver cake server set, veggie platter with area for dip in the center, disposable cutlery holder for silverware and paper plates, six clear serving trays, microwave, 1 glass beverage dispenser, and a large plastic beverage dispenser, and a mini fridge. Magnavox, color changing crowd pleaser Bluetooth speaker will meet all your audio needs. 

You will also have access to one 55", 45", and 32" TV. You can stream ROKU on each TV. Sign into all YOUR subscriptions from our provided TV's. 


Cost: $200 plus refundable $100 cleaning fee. ($300 total until you clean up- then you get $100 back)

$300 deposit reserves your spot. Bounce house use is $100 extra for a total of $400, in which you will receive $100 back after clean up. 

After your party you will clean up the venue with our provided cleaning supplies and waste containers. 

Once your party is over and the property is assessed for damages and cleaning we will refund $100 to you within seven business days of the party. Should we decide the $100 is non-refundable we will send written explanation and photos as to the reason for non-refund. Damages that occur beyond $100 in value will be assessed and collected. 

Parties with more than 40 guest will need to inquire for a custom quote.

We are happy to help your party dreams come true.  We offer a full range of event planning from simply providing colored party accessories all the way to hiring a DJ, photographer, musicians, servers, bartenders, caterers, and even bounce houses and inflatables. Please contact us directly to inquire on customized parties quotes. 

The cost goes up $50 per 10 people added to your party.

Our sign says welcome to Alcoa, as we are on the line for Alcoa and Louisville which makes us centrally located between Knoxville and Alcoa. Very close to McGhee Tyson Airport. 


What are your hours? 

We do not have set business hours. 

The venue is viewed and used by appointment only.

We attempt to be available as much as possible to meet all your party needs. Please call, text, fb messenger, or email us at anytime. We are very responsive. Should you not receive a reply within 24 business hours reach out again.

What if I want a Larger or Customized Party?

We are happy to cater to your party dreams. We offer a full range of event planning from simply providing colored party accessories all the way to hiring a DJ, photographer, musicians, servers, bartenders, caterers, and even bounce houses and inflatables.

Why do you have a cleaning fee if its a Do It Yourself Party? 

Clean up is your responsibility at the DIY party, should one not clean up the party or leaves messes we use the $100 to cover our time in labor to clean the studio. 

Should damage occur that cost more than $100 to replace, we will assessed to the renter the amount needed to recover from damages. 


Is there a cancelation fee?

YES! We have a $50.00 cancellation fee. We ask that you reschedule a party that you can not have on the date you originally planned. With accident and urgent issues we will refund all but $50 of monies paid toward your venue rental. We do reserve the right to ask, "why you canceled". Thank you in advance for your understanding that cancelations are an inconvenience to both us and you.
