"Do It Yourself" package includes: 

• UP TO 50 guests
• 5 round tables-4ft cir.
• 2 rectangular tables-6ft 
• 6 rectangular tables-8ft
• 8  3' round high top cocktail tables
• 4  3' round short cocktail tables
• 50 black chairs
• The building may be accessed by the renter from 9am to 10pm. 
• Studio B has a small kitchen area with huge counter space for buffet or finger food style parties.
• Studio A is larger and more spacious with dropped down LED light bulbs that change colors
• LED strip lights around the main stage mirror
• Soft yellow ambiance setting USB powered twinkle lights.
• Use of our kitchen accessories: two cupcake displays, one round 9" cake display with glass covering, four ice bin-troughs, silver cake server set, veggie platter with area for dip in the center, disposable cutlery holder for silverware and paper plates, six clear serving trays, small microwave, two glass beverage dispenser, and a full size fridge with freezer. 
• Magnavox color changing crowd pleaser Bluetooth speaker will meet all your audio needs. 
• You will also have access to one 55" and one 45" TV. You can stream ROKU and Youtube on each TV.
• Sign into all YOUR subscriptions and platforms. Topside Studios only has Youtube.
• This is a DIY party which means you come in and decorate, have your party, then clean up.
• Packages start at $600. ALL packages quoted will include a damage fee/cleaning fee that can be returned after the party. We will return the fee once we inspect the venue for damage and clean up.
• Our bounce house and water slide are an extra $75 due to wear and tear/electricity/water. 
• A liability waiver as well as rules for Topside Studios will be sent to you via email before your event and will need to be agreed upon before access is granted to the building.
• A cleaning checklist will be provided to ensure the building is ready for the next party.

Our sign says welcome to Alcoa, as we are on the line for Alcoa and Louisville which makes us centrally located between Knoxville and Alcoa. Very close to McGhee Tyson Airport.

We do not have set business hours. 

The venue is viewed and used by appointment only.

What type of party or event is this venue best suited for?

Topside Studios is a great place for intimate parties and parties with less than 100 guests. The parking lot is most conducive for 50 cars or less. The building is handicap accessible making it fit for babies to seniors and those with mobility restrictions. It is also great for the pregnant mom waddling in for her shower :)  We got you moms! We have a cart that rolls out to the end of the sidewalk to the parking lot, renters are allowed to use the cart. Please return it to it original space found. 

The parking lot is not far from the entrance making the decorating and present bringing all the more easy and less cumbersome. 

Dance parties are a hit at Topside Studios as there is a stage and a dance floor in studio A

Meetings and conferences are a great idea at this venue as there is a stage 

What if I want a Larger or Customized Party?

We are happy to cater to your party dreams. Please contact us directly to inquire on customized party quotes.

Why do you have a cleaning fee if it's a Do It Yourself Party? 

Clean-up is your responsibility at the DIY party, should one not clean up or leaves a mess we use the $150 to cover our time in labor to clean the studio. 

Should damage occur that cost more than $150 to replace, we will reach out directly to the renter with the amount needed to recover from damages. 

Is there a cancelation fee?

YES! We have a $150.00 cancellation fee. 

We ask that you attempt to reschedule a party that you cannot have on the date you originally planned. With accident and urgent issues, we will refund all but $150 paid toward your venue rental. We do reserve the right to ask, "why you canceled". Thank you in advance for your understanding that cancellations are an inconvenience to both us and you.
