I’m Teresa Capone, aka Sweet T, and I’ve been rocking the dance fitness world for over a decade.  There’s nothing more rewarding than watching my classes step into their confidence and give it everything they’ve got. Come join me and let’s sweat, move, and fall in love with dance and fitness together! 

 

Hi, I’m Ciara! I’m the creator of Hope Moves, a dance fitness class built on joy, community, and movement that makes you feel GOOD. 

Come ready to laugh, sweat, and leave feeling lighter, because at Hope Moves, it’s all about showing up, having fun, and finding your people.

Hi, I’m Rikki, a certified Dance Fitness Instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with nearly two years of experience in helping people reach their fitness goals. My passion for dance and fitness drives me to create high-energy, inclusive classes that make everyone feel welcome and empowered.

Hi! We are Brandi & Jarod with Dance Your Way Zumba Fitness! We love to dance and have a great time getting our workout in. Our class is great for beginners and it's only $5.00!! Come check us out!

BUILD: Strength training program using weights/bands/bodyweight to build lean muscle, burn fat, increase metabolism, increase bone density, lose weight, and boost confidence.   

BURN: These routines are filled with bodyweight movements like squats, lunges, crunches, arm work, booty work, etc. but still have that dance fitness feel to it.
